 Race day registration will start at 7:30am.
 8:15 a.m. warm-up with Tommy Gerber Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist
 
The owner of J.Nails & Co. is privileged to partner with the Memphis Chapter of Hadassah during the 5k on May 3, 2009.
 On the day of the run, they will offer onsite manicure polish changes for $10. 50% of the proceeds($5 per polish change) will go to Hadassah.
