Hadassah's breast cancer initiative is twofold. In the Memphis community, we sponsor the " check it out" program for education and breast health awareness for high school students. Proceeds are also sent to the Hadassah medical hospital in Jerusalem , where researchers have isolated the breast cancer gene in their search for a cure, and have continued to develop new and better treatment options for all.
